We're a small, considered team across three studios. We hire for curiosity and craft, not just a finished portfolio — take a look at what's open below, or introduce yourself even if nothing fits yet.
Senior Designer
Los Angeles, CA
|
Full-time
$95,000 – $125,000
We will be opening this role in the coming months as the LA studio takes on a new commercial commission in West Hollywood. We are sharing it early because the right person for this role is likely already working somewhere and not actively looking — and we would rather find them now than rush when the role opens.
If you are a senior designer with 6–10 years of experience in commercial interior design and you are based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, we would like to hear from you before this role is formally posted.
Designer
Los Angeles, CA
|
Part-time
$72,000 – $88,000
We are looking for a designer to join the Miami studio — a small, focused team of two working on residential and hospitality projects across South Florida and beyond. You will work directly with Léa Morin, our Miami studio lead, and with Sophie Cendre, co-founder and design director, on projects that demand the same standard we hold across every North Oak Design studio.
This is not a junior role in a large team where you will spend your first year making schedules and sourcing furniture from a list someone else wrote. From day one you will be involved in design decisions, client conversations, and material selection. We move quickly and we expect the people around us to keep up.
Project Manager
New York, NY
|
Full-time
$85,000 – $105,000
North Oak Design is looking for a project manager to join the New York studio. You will be the person who makes sure nothing gets lost between the design and the finished room — managing timelines, supplier relationships, budgets, and contractor coordination across multiple simultaneous projects.
This role sits at the centre of everything we do. The designers produce the vision. The project manager makes it real. If that distinction excites you rather than frustrates you, read on.
